This build fuses together our Nuclear Winter Harlowe & The Reactor Harlowe Build into 1 for the highest damage Harlowe build in the game! The nerfs to Chroma Accelerator were honestly lame and just a lateral change, hurting the weapon diversity for Harlowe.
