Let's Play NWN2: Mask of the Betrayer #61: Eternity's End

We leave the Basilica of Lost Hope and travel to Eternity's End, where we meet Rammaq the Demilich. He has sent his undead minions to deal with Kelemvor's paladins, and asks us to locate the hidden lore for him to become a god. With that power, he could take on Kelemvor himself, but the consequences of such are unknown. We travel to three vaults, and learn that one of the tomes has been hidden forever without hope of finding it. The other tome is old and falling apart, and "accidentally" falls on the floor and disintegrates. Rammaq senses betrayal from that "accident" and attacks us, but only ends up feeding our spirit energy. The Scrivener within the locked Temple of Kelemvor sends word to meet him, and he offers the knowledge within the Codex of the Doomed peacefully. We accept.
