The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Biden Administration can enforce its vaccine mandate. The Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) had issued an Emergency Temporary Standard on November 4 that required eligible staff at all large, private-sector companies to get the COVID vaccine. One Appeals Court blocked the mandate, but another has ruled to allow it. The US Supreme Court will ultimately decide.
