Dismantling case, down to component parts. The only way to make this case usable, is to dismantle entirely, it would prove fruitless, to only repair obviously failed areasl of stitching, other areas of original stitching would fail shortly too, the stitching is rotten, 100 % needs replacement, moreover, areas of Crocodile skin are damaged or fragile, even if stitching were still in stable condition, it would be necessary to remove stitching to carry out discreet repairs to Crocodile skin.
