How I learned to love working hybrid (my tips + office tour)

Did anyone else work from their couch the entirety of 2020? Just me? I've never worked in a hybrid office environment and trust me when I say it was an ADJUSTMENT. My home "office" was my couch and my back was in constant pain. Plus, I couldn't get into a healthy work-life balance routine. But now that hybrid work is here to stay- I had to level up my routine and my space.
