Here’s how you can make it: Ingredients: For the Dough: 2 cups whole wheat flour Water, as needed Salt, a pinch 1 tablespoon oil For the Soya Keema Filling: 1 cup soy granules (soya keema) 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional) 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala Salt, to taste Fresh coriander leaves, chopped 1 tablespoon oil For Cooking the Parathas: Ghee or oil, as needed Instructions: 1. Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and oil. Add water gradually and knead into a smooth, soft dough. Cover and set aside. 2. Prepare Soya Keema: Soak the soy granules in hot water for about 10 minutes. Drain, squeeze out excess water, and set aside. 3. Cook the Filling: Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add onions and green chili; sauté until onions are golden. Add turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder, and cook for a minute. 4. Add Soya Granules: Stir in the soy granules, salt, and garam masala. Cook on low heat for 5–7 minutes until the filling is dry. Turn off the heat and let it cool. Add fresh coriander leaves and mix. 5. Stuff the Paratha: Divide the dough and soya filling into equal portions. Roll out a dough ball into a small circle, place a portion of the filling in the center, and bring the edges together to seal. Roll it out again into a thick paratha. 6. Cook the Paratha: Heat a tawa (griddle) and cook the paratha on both sides, applying ghee or oil until golden brown and crisp. 7. Serve: Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or your favorite chutney! This Soya Keema Paratha makes for a wholesome, satisfying meal. @shabistathakur @nishamadhulika @KabitasKitchen @RakshakiRasoi1 @BristiHomeKitchen @StreetFoodZaika
