THE SCENT OF FREEDOM The protagonist tells his childhood lived in a remote village in the countryside East of Eden. A simple life but too poor to bear. Then his departure from home to follow the scent of freedom. And the heartbreaking look of his mother who lets him go, aware that they would never see each other again. Now he knows that Freedom means nothing without Love, despairing of never being able to hug his mother again.
