How to clean and use your Grapplette Go Sea Sponges You use the same sponge during the menstrual cycle. Clean before use ( I prefer hot water and tea tree oil) - cleaning solutions can be found on our site. Dampen and insert. Rinse every 3 to 9 hours and reinsert. When menstrual cycle is complete rinse, air dry and store (dry) in the cotton pouch provided.
