A quick no bake, yes no chopping chocolate bars, easy and delicious treat with only 5 ingredients. Use any of your favorite nuts or dried fruits. You'll need : 1.1 lbs (500g) Baking White Chocolate, room temperature 1 cup (90g) Desiccated Coconut 1 1/2 cup (45g) Puffed Rice 3/4 cup (100g) Shelled Pistachio or any nut 3/4 cup (140g) Glace Cherries, multi coloured or red 1/2 cup (88g) Dried Apricot (Optional) Line a tray with parchment paper. I used 10" x 7" (25 x 18 cm) tray. Cut Pistachios and Glace Cherries in half, cut dried apricots in quarters (If use). Melt white chocolate in heatproof bowl over small saucepan (double boiler), or in microwave stirring every 20 seconds. Add desiccated coconut, chopped pistachio, glace cherries, apricot, mix to combine. Add in puffed rice in 2 batches, mix to combine. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. Remove from tray and cut into desired slices. Store in airtight container in fridge for upto a week. #recipe #dessert
