Recipe Ingredients: Gram lentils Soaked ( chana dal)- 1 cup Black gram lentils Soaked- 1/2 cup Rice flour - 1 tbsp Onion finely chopped-1 small Tomato finely chopped- 1 small Potatoes finely chopped- 1 small Coriander leaves chopped- 1 tbsp Curry leaves chopped- 1 tbsp Green chillies chopped- 1 to 2 Water - 1/2 Salt - 1 tsp or as required Red chilli powder- 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp Oil - 1 cup How to make: Grind chana dal by adding required amount of water and form a paste. Grind udadat dal by adding required amount of water and form a paste Take a mixing bowl, add the Chana dal paste, udat dal paste, mix well, add onions, tomatoes, potatoes coriander leaves, green chillies, curry leaves , cumin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder salt and rice floor, mix them well , and form pakoda batter as shown in the video. Take oil in Kadai, as required to deep fry and when oil is heated start Frying pakodas . Fry til light golden brown ..then take out. Ready to serve with Onion rings, mint sauce also with ketchup.
