P. Parker x S. McCall | The Night We Met [TGC]

❝I don't know what I'm supposed to do, Haunted by the ghost of you.❞ I'm really really sorry that this entry is so late! I did everything I could to finish as fast as possible but my summer schedule is almost as busy as my schedule when there's school, and my laptop kept shutting off when I was making it. I hope I was able to portray the theme of "missing someone" well enough! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Coloring: tastetherainbowX Song: in the title Character(s): in the title Fandom(s): TASM 1 & 2, TW - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Story: Peter moves to Beacon Hills, and they meet on the first day of school-- after Scott was bitten. Their lockers are next to each other, and they soon become friends. Later, Scott learns that Peter is the infamous web-slinger known as Spider-Man. That same night, Peter learns that Scott is a werewolf. Scott accompanies Peter to the dance as his date, but at first Peter isn't sure if they're going as friends or as something more. He kisses Gwen-- the only person who knows he has feelings for Scott-- during Scott's lacrosse practice in hopes of making him jealous, and succeeds. Many brief, awkward moments occur between them after that, including when they nearly kiss while hiding in a closet. After the kiss they don't talk, and the distance internally kills both of them a bit. Scott comes to Peter one day, claiming that he's the only person he has left and that he loves Peter. Peter turns him away, something he later regrets when Scott dies trying to protect him. He remembers the day he took a picture of Scott and his friends for the yearbook-- the day he'd realized that he loved Scott. He remembers the night that Scott looked into his eyes and told him what he thought love was. Peter couldn't stop grieving and blaming himself for not saving Scott and not ever telling him that he loved him. And one day-- just when Peter thinks he may just be starting to move on after the death of the one he loved-- he sees Scott in a hallucination, telling him that there had been no hope for him anyway. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.
