We begin with Sun Salutation A and B to warm the body and create internal heat, followed by strong standing shapes and forward folds to lengthen the hamstrings and open the back body. We then move into balancing postures to build focus and stability, before transitioning to the floor for seated forward folds, hip openers, and gentle spinal twists to release tension and calm the nervous system. This practice also includes simple, supportive guidance for Headstand - with options for beginners and variations for those who already invert. No pressure to go upside down; the prep work alone develops core strength, shoulder integrity, and confidence. We finish with a quiet, nourishing Savasana to settle the breath and integrate the effects of the practice.
