COLUMBUS, Ohio (WKRC) - Two Cincinnati women died and two other people were injured in a crash in south Columbus that shut down two highway ramps for a couple of hours. Columbus Police say two victims in a 2009 Dodge Journey - 62-year-old Sheila Tucker (the driver) and 63-year-old Virginia Jones-Spears (front passenger) - were pronounced dead at the scene. Both rear passengers - 38-year-old Chiquita L. Spears and 18-month-old Naelynn McMullen - were hospitalized. Spears was taken to Grant Medical Center in critical condition. McMullen was transported to Nationwide Children's Hospital in stable condition. All four occupants are from Cincinnati. The crash happened on the ramp from I-270 eastbound to US-23 in south Columbus. ODOT said both ramps of US-23 closed as a result of the accident.
