For more: http://to.pbs.org/17oACIj Secretary of State John Kerry said in a news conference Friday that the Assad regime was responsible for last week's chemical weapons attack that killed more than 1,400 Syrians, including at least 400 children. "The question is no longer what we know, it's what we collectively, we in the world, do about it," Kerry said. Kerry also said a UN investigation would only confirm what we already knew. "The UN can't galvanize the world to act as it should," Kerry said, also promising that the president's response would not be a repeat of the Iraq experience.
