Scenes from Polly Ranch (Friendswood, Texas) during Tropical Storm Allison in June of 2001. Original video was taken with a Hi-8 camcorder, so the resulting quality is not great, but it still shows what may be some interesting shots of local flooding. The middle of the video has aerial footage. The ground-based footage was taken mostly from Butler Dr. near Pine Dr.
