Giant Roc Spreads Its Wings 1. Stop with the inner foot in front and turn away from the center in a Straddle Stance 2. Raise both arms up and out, palms facing upward, shoulders relaxed and elbows slightly forward 2. Back Palm Strike 1. Strike downward with the palm of the hand – same side as the foot that stopped 3. Step Behind and Rein in the Horse 1. Step behind with the foot that stopped and turn your body all the way around – you should now be facing the opposite direction 2. As you turn, your Back Strike arm comes down palm up on top in the elbow of the other arm that turns upward at the same time 4. Sweep and Kick 1. Twist your upper body with the arms in place towards the center as your back leg swings up into a Straight Leg Kick, then bend at the Knee into a Balance Stance 5. Coiled Dragon Strikes 1. Step or jump towards the center with the lifted leg in front, in a Forward or Fighting Stance 2. Hands in Dragon Palm position strike towards the center 6. Swoosh 1. Step back to the outside of the circle with rear foot, arms swing circularly downward toward outer leg 2.
