In this video I record motion capture on the iPhone using Move.AI’s “Move One,” bring that mocap into Unreal Engine, retarget it, and prep the scene for "filming" using a vCam inside Unreal Engine. I walk through capturing a clean T-pose, importing the Move One data properly, organising the skeletal mesh, animations, and materials, retargeting to Metahumans, and building a clean subsequence so I can film a proper shot. This is my full end-to-end workflow for getting iPhone mocap into Unreal Engine quickly and cleanly so I can stay creative and keep shooting. I'm also using full Version Control with Perforce here, as described in my series on that, so you can see it in practical use on a project.
