Cloudburst Triggers Flash Flood In Himachal Pradesh and J&K

After the Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a warning of heavy rains in Himachal Pradesh, a cloud burst causing flash floods in various parts of the state. No loss of life has been reported yet. However, visuals show large scale damage of property as cars were seen being washed away.
