Since an year, we are car camping. But never get pulled out from a Location. Our error was informing and camping. No authority want to take responsibility. But there is no law specifically saying you cannot stay overnight in a Govt Land which is particularly not disturbing others. Other than off course National Parks or Reserved Forest Areas. The Range Officer said, any Villager can stay, why we cannot? Saying all these issues of Permission, we demand designated sites in Wilderness for Camping. Please comment, if you think about it strongly. Please note. Camping is a Therapy and Govt need to acknowledge, need of well being. In absence of clear cut directives, we are getting harassed while trying to Camp in Nature. Campsites, also can generate revenue for Government without any major investment. Out camping otherwise in Ketki Lake and later to the School Ground of an abandoned School was smooth. We enjoyed, home cooked food, BBQ and most importantly, a sense of fear never prevailed.
