This 30 min of Gentle Vinyasa Flow is ideal for all levels! We start warming up by stretching the spine and shoulders, followed by a series of sun salutations, then lunges, warriors and inversion poses that will free up the hips and strengthen the legs, and slowly cool down with a few spinal twists to help release tension and open up our perspective and re-energize our being! REMEMBER to modify your practice as needed to offer your body enough space for relaxation.
