The Autowatch Ghost works by immobilising the vehicle using a unique passcode, utilising the vehicle's own buttons, to enable the car to start. The passcode is completely unique to each person, as you can customise it to your own sequences of buttons - anywhere between 4 and 20 presses to create the sequence. If you ever need to leave the vehicle with a garage or valet for servicing, you can make use of service mode. Service mode allows you to let the car start an unlimited amount of times without the code. However, if the vehicle travels at above 30mph for more than 15 minutes, the code will be required again upon the next start up.
