Tranquil Recitation of Surah Kahf [18:1-10]

Tranquil Recitation of Surah Kahf [18:1-10]

"Allah" is the Arabic term for the one true God used both by both Jews and Christians alike. Background: The Pagans of Makkah, consulted with the Jewish Rabbis of Madina about Muhammed (saw) who was claiming to be a Prophet of God. They sent the Pagans back to inquire Muhammed (saw) three questions, difficult ones to which only a few elite knew, to test his claim of being a man receiving revelation from a divine Being. These three questions were: 1. Who were the sleepers of the cave and what was their story? 2. Who was Dhul Qarnain? 3. What is the "Ruh" [Consciousness/Spirit]? This Surah was thus revealed by angel Gabriel from God which answers all of these questions successfully, including additional history which the Jewish Rabbis had no knowledge of, nor anyone else at that time. It is a beautiful Surah with alot of concepts one can reflect and relate upon within our modern society. "Whoever memorizes ten Ayat from the beginning of Surat Al-Kahf will be protected from the Dajjal (anti-christ)." [Muslim, Abu Dawud, An-Nasa'i and At-Tirmidhi]
