The smart heat distribution prevents the vegetables from getting mushy, offering a traditional home-cooked taste with the efficiency and convenience of modern technology. #aloobaingan #indiancurry #philipsonechef ------------------------------------------ Recipe Preparation time : 10 minutes For Cooking time : (Curry Mode, Veg Preset, 20 minutes at High heat) Serve : 2-4 Accessory used : Philips OneChef Ingredients Aloo Baingan 2 tbsp Mustard Oil 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 inch Ginger (finely chopped) 2-3 Garlic cloves (finely chopped) 1 large Onion (cut into diced) 2-3 Green chillies (finely chopped) ½ tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Degi red chilli powder 2 tsp Coriander powder 2 medium size Tomatoes (cut into wedges) 3 medium size Potatoes (cut into wedges) ½ cups Water 4-5 medium Brinjals (cut into wedges) ½ tsp Garam masala Salt to taste 1-2 tbsp fresh Coriander leaves (finely chopped) Garnish Ginger julienne Process ● Press the Power button. ● Select Curry Mode. Choose a Veg Preset. ● Press the Start/Play. ● In a cooking pot, add oil. Heat adequately. Add cumin seeds, ginger, and garlic. Sauté 1 minute. ● Add onion and green chillies Cook 2 minutes until translucent. ● .Add turmeric powder, degi red chilli powder, coriander powder, tomatoes, potatoes, and water. Cook for 7 minutes. ● Add brinjals, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
