Connect your printer to your PC via USB (avoid Wi-Fi for this step). Launch the software. ✅ Step 3 – Reset the counter The software will automatically detect your printer. Click on "Read waste counters" to view the buffer status. Click on "Reset waste counters". 🧾 Reset key required: You will need to purchase a WIC Reset key (~€5 to €10) to perform the reset. You can buy it directly through the software or on partner sites (often secure).
