[3.16/3.17] Frostblink Ignite League Starter Simulation BA Run

Took off all gear and links except chest, resists jewelry, and a "Fan The Flames" cluster jewel. At real league start you should have: 4L: Frostblink - Ignite Proliferation - Cold to Fire - Cruelty - (5L: Deadly Ailments) instead of Fan the Flames. 1C: any staff with [+1 cold and +1 spell] or [+2 cold skill gems] (use the "Pseudo" tags for this). This is a simulation of my 3.16 league starting experience, slightly slower because I wore boots back then.
