Man dead, 2 injured in gas station shooting in Columbia

One man is dead and two others are in critical condition after a shooting Monday night at a gas station parking lot in Columbia. Howard County police said officers went to the 6000 block of Foreland Garth Drive after hearing gunshots around 10 p.m. "We actually had officers already in the area. So, when they heard shots, they immediately went over to the Exxon gas station," police spokesperson Lori Boone said.
