How to Set Up Equihash 144,5 (ZHash) for BitcoinZ & SafeCoin

Yesterday BitcoinZ successfully migrated over to Equihash 144,5. The BTCZ community call this algorithm ZHash. In this tutorial I show you how you can mine to this new algorithm for BitcoinZ and SafeCoin.
