Just 3 ingredients! 5 minutes! Sugar-free! Oatmeal yogurt. VEGAN recipe 🌱 Simple and incredibly easy to make. A great base for breakfast, granola, or berries. 2 cups (200 g) rolled oats. 4 cups water (1 liter) water. Let sit for 2–3 hours. Molly is always curious when I’m cooking. 2 tbsp chia seeds. 2 tbsp lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Place in the fridge for 6–7 hours.
