The addition of hemp and chia seed in this smoothie bowl really amps up the nutritional value with plenty of plant based protein and Omega 3, as well as Magnesium, Potassium, plenty of antioxidants, and as a bonus you'll get the benefits of their anti-inflammatory properties as well. So all together we have a dish that is great for brain function, immune function, weight loss, inflammation, and skin health.
