Plants vs Zombies for Nintendo DS on a 3DS Crashing

Nintendo 3DS, Plants vs Zombies, always crashing on roof survival mode after 9 flags. The problem consistently happened for 3 times already, always after 9 flags. I don't found any other player with the same problem. Any ideas?
