Legendary difficulty All campaign skulls enabled (both scoring and non-scoring) Iron skull means deaths are extremely punishing and force restarts/checkpoints, making tiny mistakes a huge deal. In short: enemies hit harder, react smarter, throw more grenades, your shields barely recharge, ammo is scarce, and one slip can send you all the way back.
