Shot on a beautiful evening at the Rise Festival in Jean, Nevada. One GoPro 3+ BE and an iPhone 6. After waiting to exit the freeway for 3hours, we made our way off the event shuttles and proceeded to walk the 1/4 mile to the event site. As you'll see we did not make it for the initial launch in time. (Glass half-full) We did get to see a view of the festival that 9,000 others didn't! The video then shows us wondering around trying to find someone that knew where we were supposed to be seated... no staff was found, no directions were either. We eventually found an empty spot and some lanterns and did our best to enjoy. It was the most visually breath taking experience I have ever had. Food was no longer available when we arrived (prepaid 50.00 loss), there was also no VIP or ticket takers. I almost got through making this video w/o leaning on the sarcasm.. almost. This event made me go from an attendee in awe, to a horrified event professional wondering how an organization with such resources could have missed such a crucial part of the operation. I did what I could to help. What a cluster... At least no one died. Thank you Chad the bus driver for picking us up when we opted to talk the 5miles back to the car after waiting for almost 4hours. I do not own any rights to the music used. Takk - Sigur ros Rise - Dane Holmes (track provided as free DL from Risefestival.com) Break Stuff - Limp Bizkit
