Barba Triantafyllos leads the dance Sofka

Barba Triantafyllos is well known musician from Gumenissa town in Makedonia. Several years ago he taught us the dance Sofka after the research of my friend Orestis Stoiannou. In this video clip he leads the dance and show us the proper way of dance it with the characteristic short steps.... As the dance became very popular I think here everybody can take an idea of its style. I videotaped it at Loutraki of Aridea during the Greek Dance Seminar of another friend of mine Petros Selkos on April of 2008.
