Pearce has grown from a teenage street thug to a brilliant hacker; his hacking and social engineering skills have led him to numerous underworld contacts, while his penchant for antisocial behavior has led him to a variety of clandestine activities and scams. Past mistakes cost him the life of his six-year-old niece, Lena Pearce.
