New Anti-flip Mechanic - FLIPPING FIXED - WoT Fixes Ep. 1

**EDIT: In the recent update 1.22 of World of Tanks, this issue has been adressed. Good work WG!** Currently in World of Tanks, it is quite punishing that we have updated physics but no flipping mechanic to pair along with it. Here, I provide two solutions that Wargaming could implement to fix flipping. Out of 600 respondents, 69% said they would like to see changes like this made in the random battle games, with only 16% explicitly opposing it.
