ANDERSON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - A construction truck took down two utility poles and power lines in Anderson Township, shutting down Five Mile Road for hours July 27. Crews worked on the intersection of Five Mile and Beechmont. Sally Thelan from Duke Energy said the truck took down the poles and wires knocking out power to about 440 customers at noon. Crews were still trying to fix the mess and reopen Five Mile from Beechmont to Nimitzview late into Wednesday.
