Mexico City is not what I expected! 🇲🇽 (1st arrival in Mexico)
Our first time in CDMX Mexico City, Mexico! Despite of what we have heard in the media, about Mexico being dangerous, we went to Mexico anyway. We arrived and immediately went walking in Roma Norte Neighbourhood. The place is clean, safe, dog friendly, and delicious! We ate tacos, quesadillas, enfrijoladas, pozole and more. Mexican food is really some of the best in the world. And so available: every few steps there is another street food cart. We saw Plaza Rio De Janeiro, which is a great place to hangout. Big trees provide shade and there are lots of people wandering around the fountain. Very nice. We also saw the Angel of Independence, which is beautiful, popular, and important. There's a masuoleum below where heros of the War of Independence are buried. In upcoming videos we will go to the Center of Mexico City (Centro) as well as Teotihuacan AND see some lucha libre.
