Medusa VS Warlock Alliance War Boss Flow Global | Marvel Contest of Champions

Warlock lately has become a popular Alliance War Boss. Not because he is all that hard to fight it is because of his degeneration on the node after every use of his special attack. The degeneration is enhanced by quite a lot on the boss node and kind of reminds me of Limbo back in old days as Magik as boss. Well Magik reign as boss ended when Blade was more common and much like Blade, Medusa is an excellent option for Warlock. I was running no boosts here, though it might have been wise to use a start with 1 bar of power boost just because if if he had got his special 1 before I launched mine he would have both power drained and degenerated me. If you watch the fight closely I actually just hit him once to bring him one it below his power threshold so I could get enough to launch my special 1 before his. Once you get the armor shatter up it is pretty much over for Warlock. 1. His degeneration does not work 2. His power gain does not work 3. Build up to Special 3 to refresh your armor shatter and repeat 4. Baiting heavy attacks and intercepting for the most part in this fight. 5. I didn't even bother evading the special 1 as I had so much health did not want to risk it. Got a bit risky at the end with my last special 3 attack. I was worried I would push him to his special 3 but as you can see I was one notch away from giving him that special 3 power. Sometimes a little luck goes a long way.
