Mind-Boggling Half-Life 2 Remaster | RTGI | MMod | 4K| No Commentary - #1 Point Insertion

This is my draft of a Half-Life 2 Remaster or something remaster-ish. I tried to keep it tasteful and true to the original. I have been gathering and combining Half-Life 2 Mods for the last two years now. To finally finish this off I thought I’d record the gameplay for you to enjoy. I’m using MMod as well as Half-Life 2 Update. On top I added Reshade with some well-known effects such as Screen Space Reflections, Ambient Occlusion and Ray Traced Global Illumination. (The latter is not to be confused with actual Hardware Raytracing. This is what the Half-Life 2 RTX guys are doing) It improves the lighting so much and glues together the image a lot. I also did some color grading. You may like it or not. It’s hard to find a setting that fits the entire game. I might be a bit late to the party now, with the RTX Remix version on the horizon.
