CINCINNATI (WKRC) - The man accused of killing a teen at a Westwood apartment complex is in even more trouble. According to court papers, Thomas Robinson tried to grab an officer's gun during his arrest for the murder charge. Joseph Reno Armstrong was shot and killed at the Western Glen Apartments on Montana Avenue on June 16. As police tried to handcuff Robinson on June 21, they say he tried to get the officer's gun out of the holster. The officer was also hit in the face. A judge ordered Robinson held on $1,565,000 bond on charges of murder, aggravated robbery, assault charges. Robinson also faces new drug and gun charges.
