The vote for Supreme Court nominee Judge Neil Gorsuch heads to the Senate floor on Friday. Democrats threaten to filibuster the vote and Republicans respond they'll go nuclear. The partisan fervor over Judge Gorsuch is partly due to the way Republicans treated Judge Merrick Garland last year when President Obama nominated him to replace Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
