Subscribe to my channel: UB_Frames Instagram: upasana_bhatia Recipe: Step 1: Take a cooker and add 250 grams of Channa Dal and add around double the Dal, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon salt to taste and same for Moong repeat the steps in another cooker also u can do this in same cooker by mixing the Dal n moong in same vessel. Cook for 3-4 whistles. Step 2: After this smash the Dal to see if it's cool properly and then add 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon mango powder, coriander leaves and repeat the steps. Step 3: Take small tadka kadhai n heat some oil and add jeera around 4 teaspoon. Step 4: Once jeera are cooked put some on both Dal and Moong. Step 5: For plating add Channa Dal followed by Moong Dal and jeera powder, pinch of chaat masala, tamrind chutney 1 teaspoon, coriander chutney 1 teaspoon and garnish it with coriander leaves.
