Hart tools, 50 piece drill and drive set. $5 Walmart clearance. are Hart tools any good?

hey folks when I was out of Walmart yesterday I ran across these hart tools 50 piece drill and drive sets. they are currently on clearance at Walmart for $5. so I thought I would pick up a couple sets and give them a try. I will put one of my truck with my emergency tool kit for my truck. and put the other one in my workshop. anyway guys if you're looking for some inexpensive driver bits. you might check and see if your Walmart has any of these in stock. thanks for watching.
