Northern California wildfires 15 percent contained

Millions of people continue to be without power in California as authorities try to contain two massive wildfires at both ends of the state. Officials say their efforts are being hampered by high winds expected to continue into Wednesday morning. The so-called "Kincade Fire," in the north, has destroyed more than 300-thousand square kilometers since it broke out seven days ago. CGTN correspondent Ediz Tiyansan has more from Los Angeles.
