Reiki for a strong connection with your kundalini energy

This session is not intended to initiate a kundalini awakening; if yours has not been awakened, then this session will not work for you. I would especially recommend this one to those who are getting used to this energy and what it asks of them (along with Reiki to help you work with your kundalini energy -    • Reiki to help you work with your kundalini...  ). It's ideally used as part of your meditative routine, journaling sessions, or any time you feel intuitively led to it. To receive this session, relax and let the energy flow to you. As with any Reiki session, you may want to drink extra water during and/or afterward; this helps the energy integrate.
