Omar Abdullah: India must speak with Pakistan regarding border issue

In an exclusive interview with Headlines Today, Jammu and Kashmir CM Omar Abdullah has shared the plight of the people his state, who were first ravaged by floods, and now by the Pakistani firing at the borders.
