Start negative film) Miss Duane Hutchison, of Newport News will compete in the tenth annual National Press Photographers Association beauty pagent at Colorado Springs. (show film) That was one of the rewards for winning out over 17 other lovelies in the Virginia contest. The 19-year old blonde beauty was accompanied today by Howard Hammersly, secretary of the National Association. Shes graduate of Newport News High School and is now attending Radford College. The girls competing in the national contest will be taken on a tour of the near-by Colorado country as well as participate in the numerous other sidelight events that always are available for the contestants.
