Jamey Noel made a name for himself in southern Indiana, eventually becoming sheriff of Clark County and establishing his presence in the political realm. He was connected to former Vice President Mike Pence and served on former Gov. Eric Holcomb's transition team. Noel eventually started his own ambulance service, and that's when his story took a dramatic turn. WHAS11 in Louisville, Kentucky, spent years covering Noel's demise.
