Keep some Milk in the bowl & add Custard Powder in it & mix it well. When Milk boiled then mix the Custard Milk in it & stir it contineously. Put Sugar in it & stir it for 2-3 min & cook it. Cook it for 3-4 min properly then turn off the flame. Keep it for cooling down then put it in the fridge for -1.5 hour. Now take a bowl & put Whipped Cream in it & beat it & mix the Custard Milk in the beated Whipped Cream & beat it again. Put the Mango Emulsion in it & mix it well then cover it & keep it in the fridger for 1-1.5 hour. Take out the bowl & beat it again then take a glass tray & put Mango Papad in it & put the Ice Cream in it then cover it & put it in the fridger for overnight. Take out the Ice Cream & Serve it. Garnish it with Pistachios & Tooti Fruity.
