How to Make A Succulent Cake | CHELSWEETS

I may be a little late on the succulent cake trend, but better late than never! In this tutorial, I share how to pipe a variety of different succulents using my American buttercream. I like to freeze my succulents once they're piped onto parchment squares, so I can easily place them onto my cake using my hands. I think this is the easiest way to transfer them onto a cake. I used these shades of americolor gel food coloring to color my frosting: avocado, moss, laurel, leaf green, and soft pink. I order my food coloring on Amazon. The frosting tips used include: Wilton 103 (small petal tip), Ateco 869 (large French tip), Ateco 22 (small French tip), Wilton 7 (small round tips), Ateco 98 (C shaped tip), and a Wilton 352 (leaf tip).
